Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and family conflicts.

• Lead individual counseling sessions, couple therapies, and family interventions focused on improving communication and addressing emotional challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide resources and refer clients to specialists such as psychiatrists or support groups when needed to enhance their treatment experience.

• Document client progress in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.

• Engage in continuous professional development and collaboration with team members to keep abreast of best practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with a diverse client population, focusing on issues such as:

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills coupled with the ability to foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Experience in telehealth practices or a willingness to adapt to virtual counseling dynamics.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or remote counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
