Work Environment\n

This role is specifically designed for a remote working arrangement that enables LPCs to effectively engage with clients through teletherapy and, when required, in-person sessions in our outpatient office setting. Our clinic operates seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, allowing for flexible scheduling to best accommodate both client needs and therapist availability. Our collaborative team consists of various mental health professionals dedicated to sharing knowledge, resources, and support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations, developing personalized therapy strategies that cater to individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individual therapy for adults, group therapy, couples sessions, and family therapy.

• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, maintaining effective communication with peers and other healthcare providers.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment and research.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of experience and expertise, along with potential bonus opportunities.
