Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies that address unique mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 to qualified candidates.
