Collaboration among healthcare professionals is encouraged, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, utilizing clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.Implement evidence-based orthopedic physical therapy techniques focused on pain management, mobility enhancement, and functional independence.Guide and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians, ensuring consistent quality of care and adherence to professional standards.Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation practices, self-care techniques, and strategies to mitigate future injuries.Continuously document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary and reporting outcomes to the healthcare team.Foster a culture of patient safety, actively contributing to quality improvement initiatives within the facility.Patient Population / Client FocusThis position primarily involves working with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and older adults requiring orthopedic rehabilitation. Our therapists utilize age-appropriate techniques and strategies to address a variety of orthopedic conditions, from sports injuries to post-surgical recovery.
