As a remote practitioner, you will engage with clients via secure online platforms, ensuring that they receive the necessary care from the comfort of their own spaces. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Well Span Health Network, your primary responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead interactive group sessions, promoting camaraderie among clients and encouraging open discussions that foster learning and personal growth.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Engage in one-on-one counseling, where you will help clients unpack their thoughts and emotions, guiding them to develop personalized coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized and goal-driven treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and aspirations.

• Tracking Progress: Monitor client progress through systematic evaluations, employing various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, promoting a holistic approach to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on supporting young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. With your expertise, you will support clients in outpatient treatment through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), fostering an environment that encourages healing, resilience, and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of New Jersey.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies and communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n
