Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses through initial consultations and ongoing therapy sessions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and culturally appropriate.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other therapeutic modalities to assist clients in overcoming challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and nutritionists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients with co-occurring disorders.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings and case consults, contributing insights and sharing experiences to enhance collective therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least four years of clinical experience working with a variety of mental health conditions, demonstrating a deep understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
