Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients with co-occurring psychiatric and medical disorders. These may include individuals suffering from chronic pain syndromes, substance use disorders, and various psychiatric conditions. The role demands a nuanced understanding of how these conditions intersect and can impact a person’s overall health, enabling you to provide sensitive and informed care tailored to each patient’s unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• Proven experience working with individuals possessing co-occurring medical conditions, demonstrating proficiency in integrated care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
