In this role, you will be integral in providing focused, effective care to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a flexible schedule that fits personal and patient needs. The work setting leverages secure telehealth platforms, ensuring both therapists and clients can engage in meaningful and effective therapeutic relationships. Our practice operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required based on client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the individual needs and challenges of patients, using standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy, adapting sessions based on the unique dynamics and therapeutic goals of clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, promoting community and shared experiences among individuals facing similar mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimal treatment outcomes for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during emergencies, using your training and skills to stabilize and assist individuals in distress.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes, complying with both legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, ethical considerations, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and devise effective and culturally sensitive treatment plans.

• Experience with individual and group therapy techniques, exhibiting sensitivity to the needs of diverse populations.

While not mandatory, experience in a remote telehealth setting is advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
