Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to inform treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that utilize evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.

• Make appropriate referrals to other specialists as needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care across different treatment avenues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health disorders. Our clients may present with conditions such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and behavioral issues stemming from substance abuse. Your role is critical in creating a trusting therapeutic alliance that encourages open dialogue and collaboration in treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current licensed mental health professional credential (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• At least four years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
