Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling tailored to the needs of each client through virtual sessions.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, risks, and strengths, subsequently developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate the acquisition of coping skills, problem-solving strategies, and effective communication techniques among clients, enhancing their mental well-being.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans with minimal paperwork, allowing you more time to focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support. Clients may present with issues such as mild anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will empower these individuals to enhance their day-to-day functioning and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Active and independent state licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a PsyD.

• Candidates must demonstrate no previous disciplinary actions on their license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal communication skills alongside proficient computer literacy are essential for this role.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection is necessary for effective telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with telehealth platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with digital counseling tools.

• Previous experience providing counseling services to adults, particularly in a remote setting, would be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range between USD 90,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and the number of scheduled hours.
