Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized instruments to gather information on clients' mental health history and current presenting issues.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in a telehealth setting or with specific populations such as at-risk youth or individuals recovering from trauma would be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fusion Mind Counseling offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
