Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient's trauma history and develop appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery, emphasizing resilience and personal growth.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, empowering patients to process their trauma, learn coping skills, and advance their healing journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and diverse clinical professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for every patient.

• Offer crisis intervention as needed to support patients during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring they feel safe and supported.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, helpful coping mechanisms, and the array of resources available through our clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes individuals experiencing the effects of trauma, with a focus on those diagnosed with PTSD, complex PTSD, and various dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, particularly in trauma-focused settings.

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, grounded in a compassionate and non-judgmental approach. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
