Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the needs and goals of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based interventions, ensuring that each patient receives tailored care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on individuals struggling with substance use disorders, ranging from those in the early stages of recovery to those who have previously undergone treatment and are seeking additional support. You will work with a diverse client base, ensuring that you address the unique cultural, social, and psychological factors affecting each patient’s recovery experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is required.

• A valid state licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PSYD is necessary to practice in Washington.

• Experience in mental health counseling with a focus on substance use disorders is highly desirable.
