Are you a highly organized, bilingual professional looking to grow with a well-established commercial construction company? We are seeking a motivated Construction Office Administrator to join our office team and play a key role in keeping our field operations running smoothly.

What Youll Do

  • Lead onboarding for field employees processing paperwork, verifying documents, and getting new hires set up for success
  • Manage front-office reception and answer phones youre the friendly voice and face of our office
  • Assist with daily dispatch coordination helping get the right people to the right job sites
  • Review daily time entries for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Support payroll processing with data entry and documentation

What Were Looking For

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required you will communicate daily with our diverse field workforce
  • 2 years of administrative, office coordination, or HR support experience preferred
  • Familiarity with commercial construction is a strong plus
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Reliable, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
