Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, addressing a broad spectrum of behavioral health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related challenges, and difficulties with executive functioning.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique requirements and goals of each client, using appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes to ensure quality assurance and compliance with clinical standards.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the mental health field to deliver effective therapy and enhance client care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services, ensuring a holistic approach to client well-being.

• Participate in regular supervision and consultation sessions to enhance clinical skills and update professional practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong foundational knowledge of clinical practices related to adolescent and young adult mental health.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills necessary for managing caseloads effectively.

• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or others.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 , depending on experience and caseload management capabilities.
