Work Environment\n

This position allows you the flexibility of a remote work setting while providing essential services to clients at our detox center. You will work regular business hours, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed to best meet the needs of our clients and program activities. We utilize a combination of telehealth technology and in-person visits when necessary to ensure our clients receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their social, emotional, and environmental challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual’s circumstances.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to support individuals in acute distress.

In this role, you will work predominantly with individuals undergoing detox and their families, addressing significant life challenges associated with substance abuse and related concerns. Your understanding of the complexities surrounding addiction, trauma, and recovery processes will be vital in supporting these clients effectively, ultimately aiding in their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
