Our telehealth platform facilitates seamless interactions with clients through video chat, making it easier to provide effective therapy while reducing logistical barriers.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions via video chat, maintaining a high standard of care.

• Utilize solution-focused therapy methods tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring a personalized approach to treatment.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that address the unique mental health concerns of your clients.

• Guide clients in exploring their feelings and experiences, fostering greater insight into their emotional and psychological states.

• Monitor client progress throughout therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support their continued growth and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and emotional regulation. Our goal is to equip these individuals with the skills and strategies they need to thrive in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
\n
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions and no limited/provisional licenses.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathy for clients.
\n
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate telehealth software comfortably.
\n
• A reliable computer with audio and webcam capabilities for virtual sessions and a stable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with various video conferencing platforms.

• Knowledge of solution-based treatment modalities and their application in a counseling setting.

• Prior experience managing mental health treatment plans and progress assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to help you transition into this rewarding role.
