Brighter Future Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. In this critical role, you will provide therapeutic support to clients facing various challenges, including child neglect, abuse, domestic violence, mental health issues, and parental substance abuse. This position is primarily outpatient-based, working within a school setting, focusing on the mental well-being of students and their families.

Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, the work environment accommodates flexible schedules while supporting structured therapy sessions from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll primarily connect with clients via phone or video calls, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship in an effort to engage effectively with those you help.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' strengths, needs, and immediate concerns during initial interviews and follow-up sessions.

• Develop personalized care plans that set measurable goals tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, ensuring clients feel supported during their most challenging times.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies to enhance effectiveness continuously.

• Provide counseling during therapy sessions and offer resources or referrals to external agencies as needed to facilitate recovery.

• Maintain meticulous records according to ethical standards and organizational policies, reporting on clients' status for continuity of care.

• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences to collaborate effectively with other health professionals.

• Actively promote community services and support networks to empower clients in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse client base, primarily focusing on school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. Your role will include crisis intervention and ongoing support, ensuring that those affected by trauma, neglect, or mental health challenges receive the understanding and care they need to heal.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated clinical experience providing counseling and social work services with a background in trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
