Hope Life Love Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our expanding team in Fords, New Jersey. In this role, you will work closely with patients in their homes, promoting recovery and enhancing mobility after injuries, surgeries, or illnesses. Work Environment

This position is full-time and requires on-site work in home care settings throughout Fords, NJ. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their home environments, documenting medical histories and assessing physical capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, targeting the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and patient education to facilitate recovery and enhance mobility.
• Utilize tools such as therapeutic equipment and assistive devices where necessary, ensuring correct fitting and usage.
• Track, document, and analyze patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet changing patient needs.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on therapeutic exercises and safe movement strategies to promote independence and self-care.
• Stay informed on best practices through ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and engaging in peer networking.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Hope Life Love, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults facing recovery after surgery, and seniors needing assistance with mobility issues or chronic conditions. Our approach is holistic, treating not just the symptoms but empowering our patients to achieve their full potential through personalized therapy.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for patient interactions and documentation.
• Proficiency with computer software for documentation and reporting.
• A flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to changing patient circumstances.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of prior physical therapy experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in home healthcare settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
