This is a full-time, onsite position within a home care facility located in Avenel, NJ. The flexible scheduling allows our therapists to select hours that suit both their personal lives and their patients' needs, typically between Monday and Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their home environment to assess their physical capabilities and needs following an injury, disease, or surgical procedure.
• Develop strategic treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and equipment-assisted interventions.
• Implement treatment sessions that aim to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall functionality, while also promoting patient education for self-management.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment responses, and any modifications to the care plan to ensure continuity of care.
• Reassess patient status regularly and update therapy goals based on progress and changing needs, ensuring optimal recovery routes are pursued.
• Ensure patients and their families are educated on the use of assistive devices when necessary, while also providing instruction on effective techniques for maximizing recovery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies in physical therapy by attending workshops, reading relevant publications, and participating in professional networks.

Compensation and Benefits
