Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with the school-based setting. Working closely with educators and families, the LCSW will engage in virtual consultations and therapy sessions, ensuring a collaborative approach to student mental health. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with students facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments, and providing clinical interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Develop integrated care plans that are communicated transparently with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct screenings and assessments that drive appropriate treatment pathways, ensuring that interventions are both developmentally and culturally relevant.

• Maintain a diverse caseload, facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, promoting both therapeutic progress and crisis management as necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with school staff to create a supportive environment for students, offering insights and guidance on mental health initiatives and challenges within the school community.

• Document each client’s progress and treatment outcomes promptly and accurately to support compliance with regulatory requirements and improve service delivery.

• Be available for on-call support outside regular program hours, providing essential crisis intervention and support as needed.

• Participate in organizational committees aimed at enhancing service quality and efficiency, contributing to agency-wide improvement goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents, particularly those from historically under-served backgrounds. The LCSW will address a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges, tailoring interventions that promote empowerment and resilience within this demographic.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Active LCSW licensure in Texas is required to practice independently and conduct assessments and therapy.

• Annual Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
