Specialized Physical Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in East Orange, New Jersey. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually. As a vital member of our rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing personalized treatment plans for patients with various musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with each patient's personal health goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in administering physical therapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Educate patients and their families on conditions and provide guidance on wellness and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans to monitor outcomes and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the facility to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population primarily focused on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. Our patients range from post-operative recovery to individuals managing chronic musculoskeletal issues. Your expertise will be critical in empowering patients to regain their strength and mobility, enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey is required.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program with a Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to perform adaptable problem-solving in dynamic clinical situations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with advanced treatment modalities and techniques, including dry needling and vestibular rehabilitation, is preferred.
