Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet their unique challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a diverse array of therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients, maximizing their treatment outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during emergencies, remaining calm and composed as you guide clients in distress through acute situations.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to promote mental health awareness, conduct educational workshops, and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

You will serve a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A current and active independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building and the establishment of therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and a sensitivity towards working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads effectively while ensuring timely documentation processes.

Preferred Experience\n

While all licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in community mental health settings, proficiency in teletherapy platforms, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Experience in crisis intervention approaches is highly valued.
