Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand clients' histories and develop informed treatment strategies.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans with an emphasis on trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including survivors of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
