Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still engaging with clients and your treatment team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with potential for flexible working hours based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and intake interviews with clients to understand their background, needs, and goals, thereby guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the care provided and client progress.

• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to optimize client care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss challenging cases and enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions.

• Offer education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, facilitating informed decision-making.

• Remain current with the latest trends and research in mental health to continually integrate new findings into your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Strong understanding of solution-focused therapy interventions and ability to adapt approaches based on individual client assessments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving in the context of therapeutic work.
