Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Employ evidence-based, solution-focused treatment methodologies to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Develop comprehensive and client-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client, in collaboration with them.

• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their feelings, thoughts, and relationship dynamics.

• Regularly assess and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to foster continued growth and health improvement.

• Create strategies to help clients build healthy coping mechanisms and life skills that promote resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present a range of mental health needs. This includes individuals coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our approach focuses on equipping clients with the tools necessary for self-advocacy and empowerment, ultimately improving their quality of life. You will have the opportunity to develop specialized skills as you tailor your practice to the diverse needs of your client base.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a compassionate demeanor.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, including use of telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth services is an advantage, as it allows you to leverage modern technology in client care.

• Previous work with a diverse client demographic or specialized training in specific issues such as trauma, addiction, or chronic mental illness will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your level of experience and availability. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a sign-on bonus, allowing you to start your journey with us on a positive note. Full-time counselors also receive a monthly healthcare stipend, and weekly direct deposit ensures consistent cash flow.
