Work Environment\n

This full-time position is primarily remote, offering you the flexibility to provide support from the comfort of your home while maintaining a connection with our outpatient office located in Reading, Pennsylvania. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, and we empower our clinicians to create personalized schedules that work for them. In addition, we offer in-house credentialing and management of insurance participation, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality care without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring interventions are tailored to meet client needs effectively.

• Perform ongoing evaluations and triage care according to the assessments to facilitate timely and appropriate service delivery.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to communicate assessment findings, develop treatment interventions, and create interdisciplinary care plans during team meetings and documentation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of all clients across various age groups.
\n
• Deliver case management services for assigned patients, working closely with community professionals and resources to maximize treatment effectiveness and support.

• Ensure ethical and timely completion of clinical documentation, adhering to departmental standards and improving continuity of care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in sessions, contributing to clients’ personalized service plans for optimal recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and with varying mental health challenges. Our outpatient setting allows for a broad spectrum of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Pennsylvania.

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or related services.

• Willingness to commit to up to 40 therapy sessions per week, fostering steady progress in client outcomes.
