Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Calmness Counseling, you will:

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing their progress, stability, and treatment plans, as well as coordinating appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Document client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and updates on treatment plans to ensure comprehensive care.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients' needs and establish initial treatment goals.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on and enhance your therapeutic practice.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and specialists to coordinate care and services for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset, seeking continuous professional development to enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC, you will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, applicants must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the State of Illinois.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience in an outpatient clinical setting post-graduation.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and the Pimsy platform.
