Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to determine their specific mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, families, guardians, and other stakeholders to assess progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Coordinate home visits and manage scheduling to accommodate client needs while ensuring compliance with care plans.

• Regularly collaborate with the interdisciplinary team members during team meetings to discuss caseloads and share strategies for effective treatment.

• Create and maintain thorough documentation of client progress through monthly and quarterly progress notes that detail treatment efficacy.

• Assist in training and certifying staff and team members on best practices for program implementation and documentation procedures.

• Actively engage in follow-up interviews and home visits, providing ongoing support to clients in their journey towards mental well-being.

• Establish yourself as a liaison within the community and mental health sectors to foster relationships that support our development goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including adults, youth, and families facing a variety of challenges such as trauma, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Proficient knowledge of mental health legal and ethical standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work confidently within a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and relevant software.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma therapy, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

• Experience in a community health clinic or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
