Work Environment\n

This role offers a flexible remote work environment that enables our therapists to manage their schedules effectively while addressing the needs of our clients. We operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate patient requirements. Our objective is to maintain a supportive and collaborative online workspace, encouraging open communication among team members to ensure coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient’s unique circumstances and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, in individual and group settings.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, aimed at normalizing experiences and creating community support among clients.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment plans for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and management, offering immediate support and resources during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on mental health disorders, discuss treatment options, and connect them with relevant community resources.

• Maintain detailed, confidential documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system, complying with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to share knowledge and enhance collaborative care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health treatment methodologies to continuously improve therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
