Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create an optimal work-life balance. You will utilize a telehealth platform to conduct therapy sessions, making it easier than ever to connect with clients across various locations, including San Juan Capistrano, California, and beyond. Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own schedule during working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, while also having the benefit of no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, utilizing therapeutic techniques to enhance their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

• Empower clients to delve into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, guiding them to derive insights about themselves and their relationships.

• Act as a client advocate, aiding in the identification of personal goals and the pathway toward achieving them.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions, creating individualized treatment plans rooted in a solution-focused methodology.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment approaches when necessary to optimize mental health outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health issues. Your focus will be on supporting clients who are ready to engage in therapy and develop the skills necessary to improve their quality of life. This approach emphasizes building internal resources and resilience, fostering long-term mental health improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of a valid independent license, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
\n
• Strong computer literacy skills essential for effective utilization of telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Background in telehealth counseling and familiarity with best practices in delivering remote therapy services.

• Experience in solution-focused therapy or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
