Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identify their strengths, and assess available resources for support.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy focused on grief, adjustment disorders, and related mental health challenges using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass measurable goals and individualized interventions, continuously adapting strategies based on client feedback and progress.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and nurses, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing treatment outcomes and patient safety.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment services to identify and mitigate potential safety issues that could arise in the hospice setting.

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducation classes to empower clients and their families with coping strategies and emotional resources.

You will primarily engage with patients facing serious illness, terminal diagnoses, and their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
