Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain supportive therapeutic relationships with clients by building trust and rapport, essential for effective counseling.

• Diagnose various mental health disorders in clients, using evidence-based assessments and clinical tools.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that consider individual client needs, cultural sensitivities, and specific life circumstances.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to enhance client engagement.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring an adaptive approach to care delivery.

• Perform ongoing assessments to evaluate patient wellbeing, utilizing both qualitative observations and quantitative measures.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, providing referrals to specialists when additional support is necessary.

Qualifications\n
