Sterile Processing Supervisor

Job Description Summary Seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee daily sterile processing operations, staff workflow, sterilization procedures, and compliance standards in a fast-paced hospital environment. Job Description Supervise daily sterile processing department operations Oversee decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of instruments Ensure compliance with infection control and regulatory standards Perform and validate sterilization quality control testing Train and support sterile processing staff Monitor workflow, productivity, and equipment management Collaborate with surgical and hospital departments Requirements Education & Certification High School Diploma or GED required CRCST certification required or equivalent Experience Minimum 2–3 years of sterile processing experience Minimum 1 year of leadership experience required Skills Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control Experience with automated sterilization systems Leadership, communication, and organizational skills Pay & Benefits $20.00 – $28/hour based on experience Full-time day shift No weekends Relocation assistance up to $5,000 with approval Career growth opportunities Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
