Corporate Sales Manager, Mid-Market(Remote)

About Amex GBT Amex GBT is a travel company that inspires its colleagues to use travel as a force for good. In this role, you will help our clients manage and improve their travel investments. Responsibilities Conduct aggressive prospecting and documentation. Build executive presence and manage relationships with C‑Level executives, including CFOs, Procurement Leaders and Corporate Travel Managers. Perform deep discovery to understand prospects’ LOB and provide customized solutions, proposals, presentations and technology demos. Interpret P&L statements and present the financial benefits of a travel‑management program. Actively develop and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets and key performance indicators. Identify client needs and configure solutions that deliver value, articulating the GBT value proposition. Develop deep knowledge of core GBT products and solutions and deliver compelling, relevant presentations for corporate clients. Qualifications At least three years of experience exceeding sales targets in a SaaS and/or travel consultative environment. Drive new sales from prospective clients within a defined territory and spend segment, achieving new monthly sales and KPI targets. Advanced proficiency with pipeline management and CRM, preferably Salesforce. Demonstrated ability to prospect, present, contract and ensure implementation of accounts while tracking new signings over the first 13 months of activation. Strong networking skills to establish and expand business relationships, including cold contacts. Ability to document and communicate the return on investment of proposed solutions, including highlighting unanticipated positive outcomes. Skill in overcoming objections and resistance from key decision makers, mobilizing them to action with compelling rationale. Integrity and proper tracking of prospect data to maintain a coordinated and consistent client experience in compliance with internal partner requirements. Location & Compensation Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Up to 50% travel required within the territory. Salary Range: $88,200 – $163,800 per year, plus a sales incentive plan based on specific roles.
