Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students, utilizing telehealth platforms to ensure accessibility.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.

• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Document medical necessity and clinical evaluations thoroughly, ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols.

• Advocate for appropriate community resources (e.g., food assistance, healthcare, and childcare services) to aid clients beyond direct therapy.

• Manage crisis situations, including mental health emergencies and reports of child abuse, while ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to facilitate interventions or services that support mental wellness within the school community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support school-aged children and teens facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be vital in understanding their unique circumstances and helping them navigate personal and academic challenges while fostering resilience and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, along with a current LCSW license.

• At least 2 years of experience in providing mental health services, preferably within educational or health-related settings. Experience working with veterans is a strong plus.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually .
