Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, employing standardized screening tools to refine your understanding. Craft individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique challenges, incorporating client feedback to enhance engagement. Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver holistic care focused on each client’s successes and challenges. Provide ongoing education and support to clients' families, helping them to understand the therapeutic process and encouraging active participation in recovery strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse group of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and more. Our clinic emphasizes the importance of personalized care, ensuring that all therapeutic interventions address the specific cultural, socio-economic, and individual factors that influence each client’s mental health journey. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Previous experience or specialized training in mental health counseling. Understanding of evidence-based practices and validated approaches to treating various mental health disorders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster therapeutic relationships that inspire growth and resilience. Preferred Experience Experience with teletherapy and the use of technology in delivering mental health services. Familiarity with community resources and stakeholders to enhance client referrals and support services. Proven track record of working effectively in a remote or hybrid model. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 , based on experience and qualifications.
