Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions where clients can connect, share experiences, and learn from one another.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Upstream Rehabilitation and Wellness Center centers its efforts on teens and young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those navigating mental health challenges through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). The clients we serve may be dealing with a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and life transitions. Your role in providing compassionate care and evidence-based treatment will be instrumental for these individuals as they embark on their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
