Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate student needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to the development of comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with school-aged children and adolescents who may be dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from mild anxiety to severe emotional distress. Understanding the unique pressures faced by students—including academic performance, social dynamics, and family issues—is crucial to effective therapeutic practice in this environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
