Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, and optionally conduct sessions with couples and families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the unique goals and needs of each client, adapting strategies as necessary throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and timely documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, adhering to ethical standards and practices.

• Engage in optional peer consultations, continuing education units (CEUs), and other professional development opportunities to continually enhance your clinical skills.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships characterized by trust, cultural humility, and a nonjudgmental approach, facilitating deeper connections with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
