Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to devise highly individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Create structured treatment plans with defined, measurable objectives to guide the therapeutic process.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation documenting client progress and adjustments to treatment as necessary, adhering to all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Regularly monitor client progress, with an emphasis on open communication among clients, other mental health professionals, and any additional support services involved in the patient’s care.

• Foster strong, supportive, and trusting relationships with clients, allowing for a safe space for discussion and healing.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse group of clients facing various mental health issues and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a strong ability to engage and support clients effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
