Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health needs by utilizing intake assessments and structured interviews.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

• Utilize measurement tools and collect data to assess the effectiveness of various treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.

• Keep meticulous records and maintain confidentiality in all client interactions while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals and support staff to design and revise comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Hold an active or unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Have at least 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes:
