Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring each therapeutic intervention is evidence-based and goal-oriented.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for growth, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches to effectively address and treat mental health issues.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapeutic sessions and assessments in compliance with both practice standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all documentation adheres to confidentiality protocols.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, staying informed on the latest therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and referral services, ensuring holistic support for clients navigating complex challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
