Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths and resources, tailoring support accordingly.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy, implementing evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans with clear, achievable goals, consistently reviewing progress and adjusting strategies to maximize patient outcomes.

• Collaborate actively with the treatment team to create and modify client-centered plans, ensuring comprehensive care that respects the individual needs of each patient.

• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient data.

In this role, you will work primarily with patients facing terminal illnesses, along with their families. Qualifications\n
