Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring a supportive and safe environment that promotes open communication.

• Manage a diverse caseload by regularly meeting with clients to assess their progress, stability, and upcoming appointments, while determining appropriate discharge plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and needs.

• Perform thorough intake assessments and maintain up-to-date documentation, including progress notes for each client in line with regulatory standards.

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to suit each client’s needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to foster professional growth and clinical skills enhancement.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive approach to client well-being and treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our innovative telehealth model allows us to reach clients who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person services, thus providing critical mental health support to underserved populations in Georgia.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• Strong understanding of client-driven, evidence-based treatment practices.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated competence in assessment and diagnosis, as well as conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation; basic keyboarding skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms are essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
