Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.

• Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to empathize and problem-solve effectively with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is highly advantageous.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is preferred, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms. Additional certifications related to relationship counseling or intimacy issues will be a strong asset.
