Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments utilizing a variety of interview and observational techniques to evaluate each patient's unique experiences and needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions while respecting each patient’s background and personal narratives.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues, promoting resilience and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs.

• Act swiftly to offer crisis intervention and emotional support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability for our clients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available resources, fostering a greater understanding of their mental health journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance while fostering trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, with demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches and cultural competence.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
