This full-time therapist position allows for a remote work setting, enabling you to balance personal and professional responsibilities while focusing on delivering high-quality mental health care. Our supportive work facility is structured around outpatient services that foster collaboration among a variety of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists. Please note that while the primary schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to meet patient needs, enhancing your engagement with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, cultural minorities, and those within the LGBTQ+ community. This position offers the fulfilling experience of making positive contributions to the mental health of underrepresented populations, and it will require cultural humility and an understanding of the social determinants affecting mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• A robust understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy, particularly using culturally responsive and inclusive techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
