Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients across various mental health challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and adjust therapeutic interventions based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal therapist will work primarily with adult clients presenting a range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from a regionally accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Carilion Therapeutic Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and financial incentives for patient engagement (including paid no-shows and late cancellations). We are also pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to new team members.
