Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to formulate case conceptualizations that guide treatment planning.

• Engage in case collaboration with fellow clinicians to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and continuous professional development opportunities to remain updated on best practices in trauma treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals experiencing a variety of trauma-related issues, ranging from childhood abuse to complex PTSD. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A current, active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of experience as a primary therapist or equivalent functional experience in therapeutic relationships within another level of behavioral health care. Experience working with trauma survivors is highly desirable and will enable you to integrate best practices with our existing services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
